I would like to have direct access to my control panel and not be dependent on an engineer every time I want to make a tweak to my system - what is your policy wrt engineer codes, esp. when the customer is no longer on a support contract. It's my alarm system, I should have the choice of maintenance contract/on demand callout/maintain myself

All Cuala Security systems are installed to EN standards certified by the NSAI. To maintain that standard all systems must be serviced at least once a year to ensure complience.
If you do not wish your system to comply to this standard Cuala Security will reset your engineer code to Factory settings. You must inform your insurance company that your system no longer comforms to this standard & if your system is monitored you will not recieve Garda response.

Have finally got around to getting the alarm serviced. Hopefully your engineer will be aware of this policy and will be happy to reset, thanks

That will not be a problem once you notify us when booking the call.
